Paulk Vineyards is planning our fourth annual South Georgia Wine Festival for Saturday, March 11, 2023, and we want you to participate! We’ll have multiple south Georgia wineries to sample and sell their wines, an artisan market, food trucks, and live music for everyone to enjoy! Our Tasting Room will be open 10am-6pm, with all festival activities (wine sampling, artisan market, food trucks, live music, etc.). Please plan to stay all day and not break down before 6pm.
Winery Vendors:
We want to showcase as many local wines and wineries in the south Georgia area as possible! We’ll have spaces for you to set up your own tent to sample and sell your wines. Attendees will receive an armband for entrance and sampling at all participating wineries, and a souvenir glass. There is no charge to you to set up, and all your sales are yours to keep. You will need to bring your own tent, tables, signs, bags, change, trash cans, etc. Electricity can be provided; just let us know if you need it. We do have an open wifi network you may connect to in order to process credit cards, but with a large crowd, it can sometimes be overloaded. We are also located in a remote area with limited cell reception. In order for you to sample and sell your wines, you must apply for and purchase a special event permit with the Department of Revenue. We will provide you with a letter from our local government authorizing you to apply for this permit. Setup time will be 8am-10am, with sampling beginning at 10am. Please complete the Winery Vendor application.
Artisan Market Vendors:
We want to showcase the best our area has to offer! We’ll have an area for you to set up your own tent and sell your craft. (The majority of your booth should be handcrafted items rather than purchased items for resell.) There is a $50 Vendor Fee for Set-up, and all your sales are yours to keep. You will need to bring your own tent, tables, bags, change, etc. Electricity can be provided; just let us know if you need it. Setup time will be 8am-10am, with the Artisan Market opening at 10am. Please complete the Artisan Market Vendor application.
Food Vendors:
Since we’re located so far out of town, we’d love to have local restaurants set up tents or food trucks, so our customers don’t have to leave and get something to eat. That’s where you come in! There is a $50 Vendor Fee for you to set up, and all your sales are yours to keep. We recommend a very limited menu (maybe 1-2 main dishes, 1-2 sides?), and ask that customers receive items only in paper or plastic, not glass. You will need to bring your own tent or truck, tables, ice, and everything to serve in or with. Electricity can be provided; just let us know if you need it. Setup time will be 8am-10am to be ready to serve at 10am. Please complete the Food Vendor application.
