2023 South Georgia Wine Festival Winery Participation Agreement

*Wineries will sample and sell their own wines at their booths. You must obtain a Special Event License from the State of Georgia at least 10 days prior to the event. We will provide all participating wineries a letter from Irwin County that you will submit with your State Special Event License. 

*Vendor Set up 8am-10am. All booths MUST be set up and ready to sample and sell by 10am. South Georgia Wine Festival will end at 6pm. Please do not break down early! 

* Upon arrival, please deliver wines and booth supplies and move your car immediately to the vendor parking area to make room for other cars making deliveries. 

*We will provide a 10×10 booth space and ice. We can provide electricity, if needed. Please note below if you need us to provide electricity. Please bring table, table décor, banners, chairs, cooler, dump buckets, corkscrews, pourers, water pitchers, and any other items you may need.  

*Please bring your own lunch or purchase food from the food vendor. We will have bottled water and snacks available in our break room, but lunch will not be provided. 

*Wineries may not display any paraphernalia that may be interpreted as offensive, political, or controversial. Any winery participating in disorderly or offensive conduct will be asked to leave immediately. We discourage drinking by staff members working during the festival due to liability. 

*Paulk Vineyards reserves the right to deny participation or suspend participation at any time if the above outlined stipulations are not followed by the participating winery. The participating winery agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paulk Vineyards and their employees form any and all claims, causes of action and suits occurring or resulting from any damage, injury or loss to any person or persons, including but not limited to loss of property, goods, wares or merchandise, caused by, and arising out of or in any way connected with the exercise by the vendor of the privileges herein granted.
